Absolutely. There are no mandatory foods in my program. I regularly work around allergies, intolerances, religious dietary needs, and personal preferences. Your plan is built for your life, not the other way around.

“Registered Dietitian” is a legally protected title that requires a Master’s degree in Nutrition, a supervised clinical practice program, passing a national board exam, and maintaining ongoing continuing education. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist with no credentials required. When it comes to your health, that distinction matters.
