For professional women 40+ who are tired of struggling through diets that were never built for their real life.

It’s time for a plan that finally feels like yours.

Hi, I’m Megan.

And I’ve been exactly where you are.

Does this sound familiar?

You’ve tried everything. You’ve followed the rules, cut the carbs, downloaded the app, and started over more Mondays than you can count.

And still, here you are wondering why nothing is sticking.

Friend, it’s not you. It’s the plan.

My Story

I grew up in a small, no-stoplight town in the Midwest, always struggling with my weight. From a young age, I was battling body image issues that felt way too big for a little girl to carry.

I went on my first diet at 13. Apple cider vinegar shots, Slim Fast, walking off calories after eating a popsicle. You name it, I tried it. And none of it worked for long.

The real turning point came in college. I made a bet with my mom: if I lost 50 lbs, she had to quit smoking. We both won. She quit smoking, and I lost 50 lbs. That was the moment my passion for nutrition was born.

I moved to Kansas City in 2008, earned my Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences, then relocated to Oklahoma for my dietetic internship. After getting married, I faced a challenge I hadn’t expected: it took me multiple attempts to pass my dietitian board exam due to crippling test anxiety. But I never gave up.

After marriage, I gained the “newly married” weight and slipped back into old habits.

But when my husband deployed for six months, something shifted. I lost 65 lbs and came back stronger than I had ever been, physically and mentally.

Life kept moving. I had my first baby and landed my dream job as an onsite health coach, running a corporate wellness program and coaching employees on living healthier lives. It was everything I had worked for.

Then I had my third baby, and I was laid off. I found myself in a role that paid the bills but didn’t light me up.

That’s when the seed was planted. I spent the next decade helping women quietly before officially launching Megan Walters Nutrition in 2023.

MY MISSION IS SIMPLE:

To help women become the healthiest, most unapologetically confident version of themselves.

I know what it feels like to be a professional woman juggling everything, putting yourself last, and wondering why nothing is working even though you’re trying so hard.

I’ve lived it. And I found a way through it that didn’t require giving up the foods I love or living at the gym.

I knew I wasn’t the only one. That’s why I built a program designed around real women living real lives. Not the idealized version. The actual one, with the career, the family, the Friday night dinners out, and yes, the dessert.

Since 2013, I’ve helped women lose weight without restriction, guilt, or giving up the foods they love.

Ready to finally make it stick?
