65 pounds myself, I’ve learned that true health is
about balance, nourishment, and mindset. I’m
passionate about helping women achieve their
health goals, showing them that lasting change is

Nutrition advice can feel overwhelming if you’re attempting
weight loss on your own. There’s plenty of conflicting advice
and you don’t want to waste your time hoping what you found
on Google, TikTok or the diet your friend is on will work for you.
You want to get it right the first time with the research
supported guidance of an educated & experienced
professional.


  • Why should I work with a dietitian?
  • 1.

You're here for lasting change, not a quick fix. Life-changing results take time, and many clients work with their dietitian for 6 months or more. Those with a strong nutrition foundation and high motivation often see great results in 4 months. Metabolism variations affect weight loss rates, but as your dietitian, I will adjust your plan based on progress, how you're feeling, and any changes in activity. The longer we work together, the more support you'll have through holidays, vacations, and challenges.

How long are coaching programs?

Absolutely! There are no mandatory foods, and I regularly
work around food avoidances.

Can you help with food avoidances
for medical or personal reasons?

"Dietitian" is a legally protected title, meaning only those who have completed a bachelor's degree (I have a Master’s in Nutrition), a supervised practice program, passed the national exam, and maintain continuing education can use it. Some dietitians may use "RDN" (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist), but anyone can call themselves a "nutritionist" since it's not a protected title. When choosing a weight loss program, look for a dietitian with the RD or RDN credentials.

What’s the difference between a
dietitian and a nutritionist?


Yes, this allows us to work together from anywhere, without
the hassle of traffic or childcare. Our sessions are seamless,
even if you're frequently traveling.

Are all sessions virtual?

Yes. I want to make my services in-reach financially. I am happy to set up a flexible payment plan that you're comfortable with. All coaching packages are discounted by 10% if you prefer to pay in full. I also accept HSA, FSA, and Affirm.
