I’m a full-time working mom, wife, and Registered Dietitian who knows how easy it is to put personal health last when life feels nonstop. For years, I lived the same cycle many women do. Start strong on Monday. Burn out by Thursday. Promise to try again next week. Seven years ago, my own health journey changed everything. Since 2009, I’ve helped women build sustainable habits that fit real life, so they stop starting over and start seeing lasting results.

My Life's Story
My journey is personal. I lost 65 pounds and learned that real health is built on balance, nourishment, and mindset, not extremes. That experience reshaped the way I view sustainable weight loss and what it truly takes to create change that lasts. Now I help women create lasting change in a way that feels sustainable and even enjoyable.
