I am a multi-passionate working mom and wife who knows the intricacies of balancing a BUSY family life, a career, and continual growth. I've been a Registered Dietitian since 2009 and on my own personal health journey for the last 5 years.

My mission now extends to empowering other women to embrace their journey towards becoming the healthiest, most fiercely unapologetic version of themselves. I believe in healing our relationships with food and exercise and prioritizing our wellness needs.

When we can effortlessly live a healthy lifestyle, we regain the confidence to chase the dreams we may have set aside in the chaos of careers, motherhood, finding our faith, and nurturing our marriages. I'm all about rekindling the visions we once had for our lives and saying 'yes' to ourselves.
